The First Autumn Fair 2025, organized under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, brought together 2,500 domestic and international enterprises and organizations. From the very first days of the event, booths representing provinces and Vietnamese businesses attracted a large number of visitors, buyers, and delegates seeking trade and investment opportunities.
Many booths made a strong impression with products manufactured and processed using modern technology, meeting the strict import standards of major markets such as the EU, the United States, Japan, and China. Participating businesses expressed clear expectations of finding new import partners and establishing distribution networks in high-potential markets.
A key highlight of the fair was the participation of hundreds of enterprises from around the world. Vietnamese trade offices across various countries actively invited international delegations to Vietnam to source goods directly at the fair. This created an ideal platform for Vietnamese companies to expand cooperation and sign export contracts.
Beyond product exhibition, many businesses aimed to introduce Vietnam’s “culinary identity” to the world through traditional products. Exporting these items is not only an economic activity but also a cultural mission—helping preserve and promote the essence of Vietnamese culinary heritage.
Through numerous trade promotion, investment, and business-matching events held during the fair, Vietnamese enterprises had the opportunity to work directly with major international supermarket chains and importers.
Within the framework of the Autumn Fair, the organizers hosted 11 conferences, seminars, and thematic forums, along with continuous international business-matching programs involving organizations and enterprises from Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, New Zealand, and the European Union. The fair recorded over 100 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding signed between Vietnamese companies and international partners across investment, trade, technology transfer, supply-chain development, and export cooperation—opening new opportunities for deeper international economic integration.
Through these activities, Vietnamese businesses gained valuable insights into the requirements and quality standards of developed markets, enabling them to build more effective business strategies.
The signing of numerous contracts and agreements at the First Autumn Fair 2025 not only highlights the scale and appeal of the event, but also reaffirms Vietnam’s growing position on the global trade map. With a stable investment environment, strong consumer demand, and policies encouraging foreign enterprises to join the market, Vietnam is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for international investors and partners.
To further strengthen trade promotion and enhance the brand image and export capacity of Vietnamese enterprises, the Trade Promotion Agency coordinated with the Vietnam Cashew Association to organize a delegation of nearly 30 international representatives to visit and work at the fair.
This was a valuable opportunity for domestic businesses to expand export markets, attract investment, and foster technological cooperation in agricultural processing. The delegation held direct meetings with Vietnamese companies and visited key cashew-producing regions and processing hubs such as Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Gia Lai, and Dak Lak.
With the goal of supporting local businesses and cooperatives in expanding distribution networks, Departments of Industry and Trade in several provinces also organized trade-connection conferences with international distribution systems. As a result, many foreign companies expressed strong interest in local products and signaled their intention to explore cooperation and supply agreements with Vietnamese producers.
Under the close guidance of the Government and the determined leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade—as the event’s chief organizer—along with the support of ministries, local authorities, and the business community, the national-scale trade promotion event concluded successfully. The fair served not only as a product exhibition but also as a multidimensional platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, importers, and consumers.
Through this event, Vietnamese enterprises demonstrated a proactive approach to international integration—focusing on product standardization, strengthening production and processing capacity, and meeting the increasingly high demands of global markets.
Through trade promotion, investment and business connection conferences, Vietnamese enterprises have worked directly with many supermarket chains and international importers.
